I would like to know what this Ty C1080 pill is for. I found a couple of these pills at home and I don't know who is (or was) taking them and for what purpose.

Its an over the counter Tylenol algergy medicine. Nothing to worry about :-)

This is not actually meant to treat allergies, this pill contains Acetaminophen 325mgs, Dextromethorphan 10mgs and Phenylephrine 5mgs, it is a cold remedy.

But it is an over the counter item, as Laurel stated, a generic or store brand for Tylenol Cold and Sinus.
