Tsh And Thyroxine Sodium Dosage

My tsh is 24. T3 and t4 are normal. I have an anemia value of 9 against a normal value being 11. I also have vitamin d and b12 deficiency. My symptom is severe fatigue. My age is 68. I'm female. Not having any other medications except vitamin c. My doctor started me on a dose of 150mcg thyroxine sodium. Please suggest what dose would be okay and what else I should do?

My tsh is 0.02 and t3 + t4 are normal.. I'm taking 125mg Thyronorm. Should I continue the same treatment?...kindly suggest.
