What is trolic prescribed for during pregnancy and what are the side effects?

I have shingles and my GP has prescribed Trolic 5mg for the sickness. I still have a lot of pain and there is after 3 days, no improvement in the rash and blisters. Is this correct treatment for shingles?
According to MedlinePlus, “Prednisone is used alone or with other medications to treat the symptoms of low corticosteroid levels, as well as certain types of arthritis; severe allergic reactions; multiple sclerosis; lupus; and certain conditions that affect the lungs, skin, eyes, kidneys blood, thyroid, stomach, and intestines. Prednisone is also sometimes used to treat the symptoms of certain types of cancer.”
“Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It works to treat patients with low levels of corticosteroids by replacing steroids that are normally produced naturally by the body. I had an overdose of trolic(was supposed to take 3 a day and I took 6 at once) and diclofenac(was supposed to take 4 in the evening but I took 8) all at once. What effects can this bring?

I am using Trolic 5mg and Panacort 5mg are they the same product? Please kindly advise me. Prescribed for Pneumonia and Water or my lungs infection re-occuring again now.
