Is it vastarel MR, or something else?

From what I am finding, it is also available in Canada under the trade name Vastarel MR, though there may be other names it's sold under, as well.

Trimetazidine is used to treat Angina and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and gastric discomfort.
