Dr. prescribed Tryglynase-1 & Cobadex CZS
My age is 39. Please send me details about this medicine in this condition & suggest me a diet chart .

There is no proper diet char, per se, you should healthy, staying with foods as low in sugar and fats, as possible, plus make sure you get plenty of exercise.
