I'm trying Tribedoce because I get a lot of anxiety & depression. A friend recommended it to me & told me that these are vitamins that help with depression & anxiety as well. I only take one. I've noticed the difference & I feel much better. My anxiety went away as well. So I'm trying to see if it works.

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins, so there's no harm in trying it, as long as you don't exceed the dosing instructions and your doctors approves.
The U.S. FDA warns that due to its potency, it may cause nausea in some people.
Are you on any other medications?
