Hi juanita,

The round green pill in description is identified as Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg) + Triamterene (37.5 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure and edema (water retention).

NOTE: the "99" is actually the letters "GG" sitting on top of "165"
