Treatment For Bumps On My Inner Thighs

I have a lot of bumps on my inner thighs and the bumps have blood and white spots like puss in them. What might this be and how can I treat it?

- Did you recently apply any new skincare products in that area?

- Could it be razor bumps from shaving?
