He takes trazodone and tenax. They both are small white pills. One has m on one side and either G4 or 64 on the other side. I just wanted to know if Methodone and Trazodone are related, or are in the same family. ## No! Methadone is a narcotic/opiate, used to treat pain and drug addiction. Trazodone is an antidepressant. I believe your confusion was caused because the names are so similar at the end, but you were incorrectly spelling Methadone. Do you have any other questions?

I have a round, white pill (similar to what an Aspirin looks like) with "Pliva" over "433" on one side and the other side just has the line to break it in half.
