i found a pill that says pliva 441 on one side and 50,50,50 on the other side. it is white. what is this pill used for?

This tablet contains 150mgs of Trazodone, the active ingredient in Desyrel, this is an antidepressant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dry mouth.
