Trazodone Usage - Concerned Parent

What would be the purpose of taking trazodone for fun? I found a bar on the floor of my child's room... Help.

There really aren't many that I can think of, it is an antidepressant that is used to treat depression, anxiety, and insomnia, according to FDA records.

If it is making someone feel dizzy and drowsy, they may think they are getting high, but it really won't do much more than that.

Are you sure it belonged to your child? Have they had a friend over recently that it could have belonged to? Or maybe another relative?
