Does anyone know what this is Red Octagon shape with HAB on one side and Scored on other side ## Hi Bri, Based on my research I suspect this could possibly be a product of HAB Pharmaceuticals, from India. Other reports entertain the idea that it may contain tramadol, however I haven't located any further details that would provide clues for a deeper investigation. I took a 50mg Tramadol this morning and it's not working. I have these small white round pills with what I believe to be a T on one side and 50 on the other. I was told they are Fiorcet (or generic), but I cannot find them anywhere on the Internet. Has anyone taken Tramadol ZENDOL - SR? I am curious what the affects are suppose to be and the difference between Tramadol HCL 50 mg? Is one more effective than the other? I have taken traditional Tramadol HCL 50 mg once every four hours and it doesn't help much. Does anybody know what kind of drug testing sea mar does? I'm on a pain contract for tramadol and when I run out I take dilaudid 4mg every once in awhile to get me to my next refill. I was prescribed tramadol 50 mg. When I picked up script I noticed about half of the pills were white and about half were light green. They were all the same size and shape and all have 319 imprint. I'm 47 years old I wrote down some stairs about 12 of them head concussion neck pain back pain shoulder pain in elbows in all they gave me was Tramadol 50 milligrams when I was in the hospital they gave me morphine shot that took the pain away but now I'm sitting here at home in my bed dying in pain with the prescription to 50 milligrams of tramadol I also got 800 milligrams I prefer a row 600 milligrams of Gabapentin nothing seems to be working for me

How long does a 50mg tablet of tramadol stay in your system? I am a railroad engineer. I am subject to random urine tests. I do have a presciption for it though. Maybe I need to get it cleared with my company? ## Most opiates stay an adverage of 72 hours. I am not positive about tramadol, but that would be my assumption. ## Hey, just came across this tonight. Tramadol is an opiod antagonist, which means while it binds to your opiate receptors, it wont show up in your urine as an opiate. ## And NinjaTune's answer is correct, special testing has to be done to detect drugs of this nature, they are not included on the standard tests that are usually performed. I have a small white round pill with a preforated line on one side and blank on the other side. The pill is not flat, but rather curved on each side and the edges are flat. The size is small. It is supposed to be Citra Tramadol, but nothing tells me that it is. I'm guessing from Mexico. How can I be sure? ## I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico. They really don't regulate much of anything, nor do they require imprints on medications. So basically what I'm saying is your guess is as good as mine as to what this might be. Having gotten wet enough to turn to mush, it is highly likely that some of the potency to them was lost, plus if they are now a powder, you won't know how much to safely take. If I take tramadol for pain, does that show up in urine tests for opiates? ## Tramadol is a opiate agonist and a central nervous system agent. This means that it acts on the same areas of the body (the same cellular receptors) as opiates (such as morphine and codiene, which are narcotics). As a result, tramadol has some of the same affects as opiates (such as pain reduction), but apparently is not as potent, from what I've heard. I think because of this, it could show up as opiates on a drug test; especially since many of the cheaper standardized tests cannot differentiate between drug class vs drug name, etc. I do not have personal experience undergoing a test for it, so I can only speak based on what I've read or heard about this drug.
