Tramadol And Pseudoephedrine

Is there an interaction with Tramadol HCL 50 and Pseudoephedrine HCI 120mg?
...or worded another way...
I took a Tramadol HCL 50, 3hours ago. Can I now take Pseudoephedrine HCI 120mg (Sudafed 12 Hour)?

The only issue that I found listed was that the Tramadol increases sedation, while the Pseudoephedrine decreases it, but it should be fine to take, as long as your doctor approves.

As listed by the FDA you may experience side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia and anxiety.
