Toprol With Ativan On Plane Trip

I'm going on a long plane trip to Italy. Taking Lisinopril (10 mg) a.m + Toprol xl (25 mg) am and p.m. My Dr. has given me Ativan (1 mg) for anxiety to take 1 hr. before the flight. I'm very worried about mixing these 3 all at one time. Also concerned about Ativan not lasting through the 16 hrs of my trip. Any suggestions? It's my first time taking Ativan. The closer the trip gets the more anxious I am. What about splitting up the dose of Ativan in half in case 1 mg doesn't last 16 hours?

I'm also, wondering about getting on Italy's time zone schedule for my blood pressure meds since they are 9 hours ahead of us in AZ. Can I skip a day or take my dose a few hours early to get on the same schedule as AZ? Any thoughts are appreciated.

P.S. I also have Valium that I use to take before I got high blood pressure a year ago. My blood pressure is now approx. 112/67.

To me Ativan sux, it is the weakest of the top 5 benzos. Xanax is best, Valium next, Klonopin is dangerous if you're not used to it; after that you build up a fast tolerance and not even feel it.
