Topamax And Bulimia

I have had bulimia for 20 years. The disorder started when I was 11 years old...essentially because of a traumatic childhood circumstance. I also have bipolar disorder. My questions.
1. How long does it take for the binge cravings to go away?
2. What dose is effective (I am on 50mg daily now)
3. Has anyone with severe bulimia had success?
