I have a toothache due to a bad root canal resulting in infection. They gave me antibiotics, 800mg of Ibprofen and 500mg of tylenol ( they only work when i combine them together and wear off in about 3 hours or less). My pain level is really high, and today I woke up with a bubble on each side of my tooth. Is this normal?

I recommend you go back to your dentist asap. You seem to have an infection some where. Drink plenty of fluids and take antibiotics to remove infection.

The bubbles are probably due to an abscessed infection and if so, then you should contact the dentist, again. You might need a stronger antibiotic, or the teeth may need to be extracted.
