I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.
