The tablet with the TEVA 54 marking contains 10mgs of Buspirone, which is most commonly used to treat generalized anxiety disorder.

In some medication identification resources, it may still be listed as 93 54, because the 93 was the identifier they used previously. They've only recently been slowly switching to the TEVA logo on everything.
