Testosterone Levels Vs Cortisol Levels

hi , i recently had some issues with high anxiety and testosterone supplementation . I was using a small amount over a period of time . My enrergy levels went up but along with it my anxiety was through the roof including panic attacks . I talked to a doc for free on the phone and he said the reason for the anxiety was the increase in cortisol levels . I read about it and he is right . I went on a specific diet of no sugar , no caffeine or energy drinks and it has slowly come back down . I have a ways to go .
So these docs want a fortune to monitor this stuff . I dont want to play russian roulette with the stuff . How do you keep the cortisol levels down while raising the testosterone levels ?

Have you tried consulting a real doctor, who can actually run test for your levels and help you discover the problem and possibly solutions?

You are going by the word of someone on the phone and, in reality, you have no real idea who they are. They can say they are a doctor, but if it isn't a doctor you actually know, you could have been speaking to a janitor that decided to answer the phone.
