Telmikind Am Vs Other Blood Pressure Medications

I am a 39 year old man and my BP was always 160/100 + but later my doctor said to take Telmikind AM instead of Amcard 5. I also added a new tablet to my daily chart, Trika 0.25 tablet. Now my BP is 119/20 in normal condition, but now I only take these tablets when I need them, otherwise when I feel better I will not take any tablet. I also think the Trika 0.25 helps me cure me blood pressure because this is the medicine of hyper tension
and hyper tension is the major cause of my BP. Thank you.

Actually, using a blood pressure/cardiac medication in such a manner is very dangerous, you should be taking it all the time regularly.

Taking it for awhile, as needed, then stopping creates the risk of it causing rebound effects, which could cause severely elevated blood pressure and heart rate.
