I have been using telma H 40/120 for almost two months.
My pulse goes high, I get dry mouth, I feel weakness and breathlessness,.
Could all that be side effect of Telma h that I am taking?

Hi, Sadiq! Sorry about the problems you're having.

What have your blood pressure levels been, since you've been taking it?

And another question is, how much fluid are you drinking each day?

The H in this stands for Hydrochlorothiazide and it's a diuretic that's used to remove excess fluid from the body. However, if it's removing too much, because you aren't taking in enough, it can lead to dehydration and that may be what's causing your symptoms.

When on a medication like this, you should be taking in at least 64ounces of fluid daily, not including anything alcoholic or anything caffeinated.

Learn more Hydrochlorothiazide details here.
