Telm-H contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide and is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and other cardiac conditions.

The Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic, that helps remove excess fluid from the body, so yes, it may cause some dryness in various areas.

You may also experience other side effects, such as: dizziness, headache and dehydration.
