Telista H 40 Mg Side Effects

AM DIABITIES PATIENT, IN Sept 2012 DR. Sugesst me to tkae
1) TELISTA 40 in morning daily , before breakfast .
2) Glycomet trio 1mg 2 times daily, half hour before food(morning and dinner)
3) Copilet 75 once after lunch daily .
I USE REGULARLY,
PL. Tell , what are these medicines ,if these medicines (indivually or collectively) have any side effects , or any beeter substitute .
medicines are costly, i am unable to afford

All medications carry the risk of causing side effects.

Telista contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, it is an ARB and these have been shown to have some effect at protecting the kidneys of diabetic patients.

I can't find a listing for the Glycomet Trio, but I know one ingredient is Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar.

Clopilet contains Clopidogrel and this is the one that I don't understand, because it is used to help prevent blood clotting, it doesn't do anything to treat diabetes.
