Teenage Son On Subox And Questioning Side Effects

Hi, I am so glad I found this forum. My 16 year old son has recently started the suboxen. He lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks and they increased his dose from 1 and 1/2 to 2. I noticed tonight he looks kind of pale and he fell asleep earlier today(he never naps) he says when he eats he begins to feel sick. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it possible that 2 is to much. He is thin anyway and can't afford to lose much more weight and suggestions I would appreciate. Thanks

Suboxone contains Naloxone, along with the narcotic Buprenoprhine, which means it can still cause the usual narcotic side effects, which includes the drowsiness and nausea.

Have either of you spoken to his doctor about it? They may be able to prescribe something to help with the nausea.
