Too much potassium is just as dangerous as not enough, so you shouldn't add it, unless it's been shown that you're low in it, through a blood test.
Learn more Furosemide details here.
Furosemide is a loop diuretic that removes fluid from the body, so there are several reasons you may experience fatigue, other than being low in potassium.
One reason may be just a normal side effect of the medication, a second possibility is that it is making you dehydrated.
How much fluid do you take in each day? Whenever you're on a diuretic, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise, you should always make sure to drink at least 64oz.
