Products like Abidexin, which are available over the counter are not evaluated for possible interactions with prescription medications. However, some of these cleanse products may cause diarrhea, which may interfere with the proper absorption of a medication, so I'd suggest asking your pharmacist, before using it.
Is Lamotrigine the only medication you're currently taking?
