Tablets For Premature Ejaculation And Penis Enlargement

Hello. I am having pemature ejaculation from last 3 years and my penis size has been reduced by 2 inches when fully erect. I have tried ayurvedic, allopathy but it gives me only a temporary solution. I want a permanent and effective solution. Bdw i am on drugs for sometime which are tretiva 10mg, finax 1mg and some multi-vitamin tablets. These are for my hair loss treatment. I just wanted to know that these medicines cause premature ejaculation and reduction in size of penis? If yes, then please help me out and tell me about some good tablets which will give me quick effects. Should i continue with my hair treatment?
