Hello Veeraperumal,

I hope you are having a wonderful day. I was not able to find a reliable source that would lead me to believe that 150mg Megalin is manufactured in the United States. In fact I was not able to find much at all on this medication.

What little information I was able to find was on websites from the Phillipines. I used google translate to understand what was written on the webpage so this information is roughly translated. Reportedly has the active ingredient mefenamic acid, which the National Institute of Health claims is used for moderate pain relief.

As for the pregablin drug, it is marketed under the brand name lyrica. According to the National Insitute of Health it is used to treat neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia. Lyrica is manufactured by Pfizer in the United States.
