Alfoo contains the active ingredient Alfuzosin, it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck to make it easier to urinate.

Fludac contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, it is an SSRI antidepressant, so I am afraid in this instance, I cannot tell you why your doctor prescribed it.
Have you asked them about its usage?

I really don't see as how doing a simple muscular exercise like that should be a problem, even when using these medications. Most doctors actually encourage people with these types of problems to do Kegel exercises.
I've already covered the details on the Fludac, so here's information on Dutasteride, which is used to BPH.
Its side effects may include: nausea, impotence, decreased libido and breast disorders.
