Are you sure it says TV and not TY? I'm fairly certain this is the over the counter Tylenol 500mg, acetaminophen.

Yes, nenene is correct. I recognize the description of this pill, I buy them for my husband all the time. This is the new Tylenol rapid release caplets, like nenene said, 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The middle band actually has tiny little holes in it, so your stomach acids work on it and release the med quicker. When my husband has classes and gets a headache, it is the only thing that works fast enough, so there is always a bottle in his bookbag and in the car.

The tail on the Y is really short, so it does look like a V, and this is not the first time I had someone think the marking was TV instead of Ty.

I mistaken the Y for V all the time and have to look closer.

Yes, the print on their pills is very bad, like I said, they make the top of the Y so large, and the tail is minimal, so it looks like a V on most of them.
