Other than the fact that your pill is triangular, I did find a four-sided pill that fits your description to the 'T'.

It has the letter "G" on one side and the "25mg" marking on the other. This pill is identified as Eplerenone (25 mg); which is primarily used to treat high blood pressure and chronic heart failure.
