I have under gone burr hole neuro surgery on 07/06/2011 for blood clotting due to use of warfarin for heart valve change. Doctor advise me to take Levipil 500 twice daily . How long II have to continue this medicine and what are the side effect? What will happen if I discontnue this m edicine?

Have you consulted your doctor? They are the only person that can appropriately advise you on how long you need to take this medication.
Levipil contains the active ingredient Levetiracetam, it's an anticonvulsant medication.
Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, anxiety and mood changes.
