Hello Doctor,
My son 31 is having his serum creatinine at 1.50. Doctor has advised him to take Telma H. He is already taking homeopathy medicine from a well qualified doctor. Is it ok to take telma h along with homeopathy medicine as I am reading not an encouraging use of this drug.

Hi, Jas!

Unfortunately, without knowing more specific details on the homeopathic remedy he's taking, I can't really provide you with any information. I'd need to know the actual ingredients to check for any possible problems or interactions.

The Telmisartan in the Telma H is commonly given to help protect the kidneys and support their function, especially in people that are diabetic or who have other conditions that may predispose them to kidney damage.

Learn more Telmisartan details here and there are more Hydrochlorothiazide details here.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, hypotension and dehydration.

Can you post back with more details on the homeopathic remedy?

Thanks!
