T 194 Yellow Pill (Page 13) (Top voted first)
UpdatedI have a T 194 yellow pill that says it's a percocet 10mg, but when taking it, it made me feel super weird and my chest hurt. Is this a possible side effect?
Re: MeJane (# 94)
really? Wow! Did you try a different pharmacy or a local pharmacy? How much more will Brand name Percocet cost you?
Re: painnnn (# 98)
Walgreens has the t194 most Walgreens do anyway I can't speak for once in every state but I know all the places been I'm hurting I'm on here every where is Walgreens that I'm reading
Re: painnnn (# 98)
Thank you. I will try new pharmacies that may carry brand percocet. I’m sure if I find it I can alert my Dr I switched. I’ve been with my present family pharmacy for years; I guess I’m trying to be loyal to them as well, too. Thku for the empowerment; I must think of my own needs overall:)
Re: nomas (# 99)
I will follow up. We all must help one another. Sad how this crept up on us.
Re: MeJane (# 101)
It doesn't matter which drugstore you go to, what has changed is the pharm co has put a blocker in all opioid pain meds that stop the euphoria feeling you get form opioids. Opioids signal the receptors in the brain that make you feel good, happy & livable with pain like it's not there anymore. It also takes a lot of the side effects away that people are getting now. Yes, some pain meds may be a little better than others but they all suck now. Name brands have the same blockers in them so it would be a waste of money to pay $1500 for the same s*** you get for $45 now.
Re: nomas (# 90)
The pharm co has put blockers in all pain meds to block the euphoria feeling to all these receptors
Re: Poohsy (# 100)
yes I know Walgreens has the crappy T194 but since MeJane said she was searching for BRAND name Percocet in which her local mom/pop pharmacy couldn't get) I was suggesting that she try Walgreens to see if they carry name brand percocets.
nomas- how do u know that all manuf. blocked the "euphoria" in percocets generic & brand?
Re: David (# 1)
You're absolutely wrong. The Camber website states it's t 194 pill is manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals.
I have percocet T194 pills that are light yellow and when I break them in half they seem to slightly melt and are almost a tad bit chalky. Are they supposed to be like this?
Re: Amber (# 4)
First time for me as well. Walgreens is my pharmacist. Cancer is my diagnosis. A weird feeling yes. Not chest pain but extremely bloated and pain at top of stomach like the pain wants to go to my chest. Foggy feeling. Overall weird feeling.

Why don't you all ask the doctor to prescribe the oxycodone without the accent of metaphen in in it the pink tens and don't let them prescribe the np12 they suck
I have been following this thread since it started and I am still suffering with the complete ineffectiveness of this medication and the horrible side effects and still at a loss for what to do. I have a couple of issues. I am disabled (so I can’t afford to just pay out of pocket), and the RX insurance plan I have is the Walgreens plan, which of course limits me to Walgreens only which only now carries this garbage T194. I also have the narcotics contract that says I can only use the pharmacy listed on the contract, Walgreens. My regular doctor I have been seeing for years has left the practice and been replaced with someone I have no relationship with, so if I go in complaining about my medication all of the sudden, it’s red flag time and we all know where that can lead. I am at a loss for what to do all the way around.I have gone from being able to get around and have a life to being practically bed ridden with pain. Not to mention the heart arrhythmia’s, nausea and terrible itching all over. Don’t know which way to turn?
Also I would like to know if anyone has filed any complaints about this medication and if so, to whom did you file it. I have asked 5 different pharmacists at Walgreens if they have had other complaints and they all just say no I haven’t heard anything bad at all, like they don’t even tell the other pharmacist in their own store. This seems impossible to me but I know that me complaining to them goes nowhere. It seems like we should all be making these issues formally known by someone who could possibly help somehow. I don’t know. Any suggestions? The only place I know to file a complaint is the FDA Medwatch website. Has anyone done that?

Are you talking about the k56 Oxycodone from kvk? I asked my doctor for IR oxy like that and he told me that he only prescribes those for cancer patients. Yet he was more than willing to write a script for percocet 10/325.
It's my understanding that the Oxycodone without the acetaminophen has less binders and fillers. Is that true? That's why I asked for them. I don't like tylenol. I'm an ibuprofen kinda guy. lol

I'm sure many people have filed complaint's via FDA MedWatch. However, some of us are of the belief that the FDA is fully aware of the situation and possibly even complicit as "nomas" mentions in post 108 on this thread.
Personally, I don't trust the government. I work for the government. I know what they're capable of. I know history. I can pretty much guarantee you that anyone who does file a complaint about opiate pills on FDA's MedWatch are probably having their names put on a list (red flag) as "drug abusers".
Re: Jay (# 25)
We have BCBS, no problem having pain med covered. Would you mind saying who you heard this from? Or where you may have read it? BCBS probably has many different plans. Ours is UAW retiree, and have heard no such thing. Maybe you misunderstood. They have certainly changed protocol for coverage of pain med.

My doctor was more than happy to prescribe these but I’m having horrible side effects from them! I am going back to Percocets at my next appointment and trying to find a pharmacy that does it’s own compounding.
Mason (# 120) --
Yes I am talking about those pills, they work great. I go to pain mgt and I never had cancer. Some doctors say they don't write them because drug addicts abuse those.
Mason (# 120) --
Yes, you are absolutely correct. Straight oxycodone is only oxycodone, NO FILLERS OR BINDERS. My pm told me he can't do that,,,he would not say why. Pls feel better! As a result with pain meds not working....I am progressingly getting worse, having ALL MY MEDS CHANGED and now have a brand new problem.I suffer intense pain in the morning after waking up, past few weeks I cannot fall asleep at night at all. Wonder if something is going on in the brain that is stopping me from sleeping ???
Re: bubblewrap (# 131)
They still have fillers, the generic I’m taking is
Kvk tech K 56
The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: corn starch; lactose monohydrate; microcrystalline cellulose; silicon dioxide; sodium starch glycolate; and stearic acid. The 10 mg tablet also contains D&C Red No. 27 aluminum lake.
I think it’s the lactose that’s causing me horrible stomach pains. But I go tomorrow to get switched to something else
Re: Climbing walls313 (# 133)
You are right about Walgreens. Just wanted to let you know that alot of mom and pop stores are carrying Alvogen, Rhodes, and Amneal. Those generic's are what is out there. Those I heard are pretty bad too. Ask, & do your research before purchasing. I have a couple debilitating conditions, I take blood thinners and am not supposed to be taking ibuprofen. Guess what? I HAVE TO BECAUSE THE PAIN MEDS ARE NOT WORKING. I AM VERY AFRAID. Best of luck to you, feel better. At this point..all of us have to be our own advocates.
