I have a T 194 yellow pill that says it's a percocet 10mg, but when taking it, it made me feel super weird and my chest hurt. Is this a possible side effect?

I share much of what you struggle with, including the dependence issue. My scripts are for 20 days a month. I am not in PM. Oxycodone 10's, 120 for the 20 days, every four hours one pill. The downside is withdrawal each and every month. The upside is 10 days off the med allows for a bit of recovery, making the next 20 days of meds to be more effective than if I had no break from it. I accept it will be this way every month. I want to keep my primary care physician as the one to treat my pain, so this manner of prescribing keeps me from requiring more and more potency to be effective.

What is hugely disconcerting for me is what I find to be somewhat obsessive thoughts about getting my new script again. Seems to me to suggest addict behaviour. I do nothing illegal or against doctor orders to procure drugs in between, but those compulsive thoughts truly bother me. Am I an addict? I get pain relief, not high. A bit of a lift, but still, not HIGH. I count down the days before my refill. Yes, I want relief. I have trigeminal neuralgia, fibro, RA, so of course I want some comfort. I'll plan my trips and whatnot for when I will have meds, which is practical for me. I'm almost 60. Partying days way behind me, but still I feel these meds have changed me psychologically. Is that bad? Is that just what happens to a chronic pain patient? Not having had the years some here have had on oxy's, I just want some input on this. Is this normal?

My doctor was more than happy to prescribe these but I’m having horrible side effects from them! I am going back to Percocets at my next appointment and trying to find a pharmacy that does it’s own compounding.

We have BCBS, no problem having pain med covered. Would you mind saying who you heard this from? Or where you may have read it? BCBS probably has many different plans. Ours is UAW retiree, and have heard no such thing. Maybe you misunderstood. They have certainly changed protocol for coverage of pain med.

So sorry u are suffering so much. At your next doc appt, print out this whole thread including a couple other threads that discuss the issues/problems people are having with this Camber generic. It will show them that you're not making it up. I too, have posted and followed this thread since Dec when I 1st tried this worthless generic.

I since, have stopped taking Cambers (after taking it and suffering the side affects as well as withdrawals) since 2 months of trying. Last month, I took my RX to Rite-Aid and got the Rhodes generic which work 10000x better than Cambers but not as well as the A333 generic Walgreens had prior to them switching to Cambers.

I have been complaining to Walgreens and now that so many others are experiencing the same terrible side affects and hopefully are also complaining, Walgreens will realize that its a big issue and perhaps do something about it ( we can only hope!). I think the best we can do as of now is complain complain complain to Walgreens and let our voices be heard!

I'm sure many people have filed complaint's via FDA MedWatch. However, some of us are of the belief that the FDA is fully aware of the situation and possibly even complicit as "nomas" mentions in post 108 on this thread.

Personally, I don't trust the government. I work for the government. I know what they're capable of. I know history. I can pretty much guarantee you that anyone who does file a complaint about opiate pills on FDA's MedWatch are probably having their names put on a list (red flag) as "drug abusers".

Are you talking about the k56 Oxycodone from kvk? I asked my doctor for IR oxy like that and he told me that he only prescribes those for cancer patients. Yet he was more than willing to write a script for percocet 10/325.

It's my understanding that the Oxycodone without the acetaminophen has less binders and fillers. Is that true? That's why I asked for them. I don't like tylenol. I'm an ibuprofen kinda guy. lol

I have been following this thread since it started and I am still suffering with the complete ineffectiveness of this medication and the horrible side effects and still at a loss for what to do. I have a couple of issues. I am disabled (so I can’t afford to just pay out of pocket), and the RX insurance plan I have is the Walgreens plan, which of course limits me to Walgreens only which only now carries this garbage T194. I also have the narcotics contract that says I can only use the pharmacy listed on the contract, Walgreens. My regular doctor I have been seeing for years has left the practice and been replaced with someone I have no relationship with, so if I go in complaining about my medication all of the sudden, it’s red flag time and we all know where that can lead. I am at a loss for what to do all the way around.I have gone from being able to get around and have a life to being practically bed ridden with pain. Not to mention the heart arrhythmia’s, nausea and terrible itching all over. Don’t know which way to turn?

Also I would like to know if anyone has filed any complaints about this medication and if so, to whom did you file it. I have asked 5 different pharmacists at Walgreens if they have had other complaints and they all just say no I haven’t heard anything bad at all, like they don’t even tell the other pharmacist in their own store. This seems impossible to me but I know that me complaining to them goes nowhere. It seems like we should all be making these issues formally known by someone who could possibly help somehow. I don’t know. Any suggestions? The only place I know to file a complaint is the FDA Medwatch website. Has anyone done that?

You should not have to suffer. There IS a huge problem w/ Camber generic & most others I’ve tried suddenly this year after years of being in Pain Mgmt this past w/ those with a dye in them as well (iodine derivative), & all the new fillers even the higher grade ENDO GENERIC who makes Camber. Camber is distributed by a company in India by co-owner Endo Pharma (ENDO makes name brand Percocet fyi, so weird!?!) I stopped Camber. I tried Endocet (generic) & so many other’s given to me all with same awful side effects as u all are having. My Dr obliged to make it medically necessary for me to get PERCOCET BRAND ONLY as hardly any fillers in comparison to all generics. Oddly, every pharmacy even private one’s cant seem to order the BRAND PERCOCET from their wholesaler’s!?! My private pharmacy (non-chain linked) is still trying to get it for me but in the meantime I switched to Rhode’s generic which is white & has no dye. So far in the last few days of taking it no nausea, headaches, itching, etc & tolerable. AMEN. Hope this helps everyone. Lets keep each other posted. In meantime keep speaking up & write to your medical professionals & your Gov’t officials. I do feel it’s time for a legal suit on our behalf. This opioid crisis to protect drug addicts & illegal use of what we GOOD PATIENTS’ the ORIGINAL Percocet was made for is slowly killing us.

Why don't you all ask the doctor to prescribe the oxycodone without the accent of metaphen in in it the pink tens and don't let them prescribe the np12 they suck

I've been in severe agony and couldn't understand why, untill i looked up the code on the yellow 10/325 which is new to me. I've always had white pills. This T194 is not helping my pain and i have zero energy. All i want to dovis lay down in a fetal position and cry... I woke up with an itchy swollen eye this morning. So after reading the other comments, i know i am not crazy. This crap sucks!! No pain relief! Zero... And i guess no sense in calling my doctor. Thanks everyone!!

It just seems much easier to change pharmacies find a pharmacy that carries the brand that you like and just tell your doctor's to change pharmacies that's simple to the fact

News Headlines: "More people died from drug overdose in 2016 than in car accidents!!!" What fake news wants you to believe is that all drug deaths were prescription opioid related. Well that's not correct according to the National Center for health statistics; they used the overall numbers of drug deaths that are misleading while reporting on the opioid crisis and prescription drugs. According to the National Center for Health Statistics, 14,400 overdosed on prescription pain meds like percocets, lortabs, ect. & 15,400 were linked to heroin overdose. 20,100 overdosed on non-methadone synthetic opioids like fentanyl and the rest were linked to drugs like coke. The boot legged opioids were included in prescription meds. Fake news misleads you in hopes you will believe their far left ideology. They don't report the news they make it up. The number of deaths in car accidents were 40,000 plus.

Probably. They're mostly made out of colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, pregelatinized starch, naloxone, and a hint of low grade oxycodone.

I have percocet T194 pills that are light yellow and when I break them in half they seem to slightly melt and are almost a tad bit chalky. Are they supposed to be like this?

Re: David (# 1) Expand Referenced Message

You're absolutely wrong. The Camber website states it's t 194 pill is manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals.

Re: nomas (# 108) Expand Referenced Message

Nomas is absolutely correct. I wish I could post the link. Go to google and type in "t 194 endo pharma" and click on the first link. It's the camber pharma website.

It clearly shows right there, on Camber's page, that the t194 pill is IN FACT, manufactured by none other than ENDO pharmaceuticals (the original maker of brand Percocet and Endocet). Camber is an India based company that just re-packs it and distributes it.

Wow. So in essence these Camber t194 are the new "Endocets". Crazy thing is that Camber isn't even owned by Endo. Hetero Drugs Ltd (which is the same as Dr. Reddy's lab and also Aurolife/Aurobindo) owns Camber.

No wonder all the currently available Percocets suck! Dark times ahead my friends. Some crazy collusion going on here and it doesn't smell good.

Re: painnnn (# 107) Expand Referenced Message

I finally called my dr about this & he said it was ok to switch pharmacies & to let him know I did so to update contract upon finding name brand no fillers Percocet. If I can’t find it I’ll find a compound pharmacy that customize meds to suit your system. . Thankyou so much for listening to my frustration which I see is all of ours. We are in this together. My heart goes out to all of you suffering as well. Lets hope we can make a difference to fix & turn this around.

I tried to myself again just a little bit ago to see if they would have been even like the name brand if your doctor wrote dispense as written and they told me no that was the only brand they could get. not that I'm trying to discourage you from calling yourself I'm just telling you what mine told me. Good luck and keep us posted

Re: painnnn (# 105) Expand Referenced Message

Not only in Percocets but in all opioids products including Methadone and name brands which there are none. The big name pharm. co. were brought to capital hill and asked if there was a way to make pain pills that were non habit forming they answered no. but they could block the euphoria feeling which would stop people from seeking that feeling and abuse. Which they didn't get across to them it also takes away 75% of the effects of the pain relief. OR they just don't give a f....This didn't happen over night its been added a little at a time. That warm fussy happy motivated feeling that made the pain go away is gone. They also add small amounts of naloxone not enough to reverse but if you take enough it will. The t194 tried to compensate for that loss by adding a little pick me up to their pill that made people nervous and restless and the co. that makes them was on capital hill. Camber don't make that pill. I watched it on tv .
