When do I have to use this Susten (progesterone) tablet, before or after intercourse?

My wife uses susten SR 300 as suggested by her doctor. Today is the 16th day of her period cycle. She takes one tablet at night. How should she plan her dosing around intercourse?

Progesterone is an endogenous steroid and progestogen sex hormone. It is also crucial in the production of other endogenous steroids, including the sex hormones as well as being a neurosteroid.

As a medication there are multiple ways to administer the drug; by mouth, topical/transdermal, vaginal, intramuscular injection, subcutaneous injection, subcutaneous implant.
