Everyone is different, but I am 76 and have been taking Supradyn, just in case I am lacking something, and I am fine.

Hi. For 7 years I've been suffering from diabetes. Can I take supreydyn once a day? Currently I'm taking zorlylm 0.5 mg everyday (1 in the morning and 1 at night) + cholesterol tablets (lipvas 20 mg a day) and a blood thinner (ecosprin 75 mg 1 tablet everyday). I'll be waiting for your answer.
