I got to reading my paper work and it said in it pregnancy complications due to subutex intake but they told me it was nothing i done. Im so confused did i kill my baby by taking the subutex this is killing me please help me! ## Hello, Kerry! How are you? I am so very sorry for your loss. Subutex is the preferred medication for use during pregnancy, so no, most likely it was nothing you did. As a matter of fact, in many cases, one can only r...

I have been on subutex 54 411 white 8mg Tablets for almost 2 Years now, If you do not want to be on another pain medication I strongly believe this is the way to go I have always had a prescription but now I am asking my doctor to lower me off of them I am down to 1 a day where I was at 2 a day I will tell you that 1 full 8mg subutex will not give you any withdraws within 24hrs that's how long they are made to last a lot of the withdraw symptoms are in your head..an 8mg subutex pill fills up your receptors in your brain enough to last you 1 full day. I have heard of other people taking other pain medication between it and not being sick because their is NO naloxone in the Subutex; (NO Blocker) for other pain medication. I will say I am very iffy about coming off of them and very ner...

Can somebody please help me identify a white round pill marked DRA & scored line on other .... was told it was a subutex? But all I can seem to find about it is kids motion sickness (Dramamine for kids) ## That is correct, it is manufactured by Contract Pharmacal Corporation and contains 25mgs of Dimenhydrinate, which is a generic or store brand of Dramamine for children. (NDC 63029-0904) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I took my 1st 1/2 of an 8mg subutex sublingually this morning at 10. I felt some pain relief in 20ish mins, felt safe enough to take the other half an hour-ish later. I usually take 30mg oxycodone 4 times a day but have been out for 4 days, but I refilled my script this evening. Question being..... When is it safe to take the oxycodone & when will I be able to feel the effects? Honestly it was AMAZING for my pain, but the pain relief effort wore off about an hour ago. I'd appreciate honest responses from people that have been in my shoes, not copy & pasting, please. Thanks! ## Chick with questions, I've been on Suboxone for 4yrs now. The right way to do it is go online and look up the cows worksheet it stands for Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale. If you follow it properl...

I am looking for a way to cut my costs on the medication subutex. I was wondering if there is a generic for this medication. It is very expensive and although a better alternative to using opiates, it is killing my pocket book! ## I have been taking ativan for about 4 years and the effcts of preventing anxiety are not working...i think...is there another RX that might help with anxiety? ## IM TAKING SUBUTEXT ALSO I THINK THERES NO GENERIC FORM, IT VERY EXPENSIVE THAT SUCKS!! SORRY AND GOOD LUCK. ## Yes, sorry, this is still too new to have a generic form available. Generally the first company approved by the FDA to market a certain drug has a proprietary patent for 5 years, there are other exceptions which can extend that time as well. So right now, this one is available in the name bra...

Former Heroin addict....I have been taking 32mg of Subutex daily for almost 2 years now for addiction treatment and also for chronic severe pain. My question is: Is there anyone else on here that has been on Subutex/Suboxone/Buprenorphine for a long period of time and tried taking other pain meds with it? What were your results? Do you still do it? Have you found a way that you can still take other pain meds sometimes without any adverse affects? ## I do not take them, but I can tell you that it would not work with Suboxone, because it contains Naloxone, along with the Buprenorphine and that is a substance that specifically neutralizes other opiates, to prevent their abuse, while being treated with it. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Yes absolutely, been on both Subox and ...

I took half a subutex at 11am this morning and have to work a 10hr overnight shift. I need to know when I can take my lortab 10s before I feel relief? My neck has been broken twice in the past 4yrs. Once from a major car accident and the 2nd time from a domestic assault where my ex REbroke it. I don't have insurance so I have to buy my meds off the st. And CAN'T afford to waste the few tabs I have. Can someone pls give me an answer? Thanks to whoever can help me ;) ## Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, based on my research it may take 20 - 30 minutes (or longer) for the Lortab to make its way through the blood stream enough for you to start experiencing some relief of pain. Also, keep in mind that using Subutex (Buprenorphine) together with Lortab (Acetaminophen/...

I currently take 12mg suboxone strips. Today I only took about 2mg of my suboxone strip and I took a little subutex and plan on taking the rest of an 8 mg subutex because I am out of my suboxone due to taking too much when I first got on it. Will the subutex show on my drug test tomorrow? Also, will my levels on my drug screening tomorrow be higher or lower? ## Subutex is Suboxone! Suboxone just has naloxone in it too. I wouldn't think it'd be very noticeable. A good thing to invest in is a drug test from ur local pharmacy. Make sure u get the best one. That way you can test urself when in doubt. ## If you are on suboxene which you already know has the naloxene in it and you have took some subutex you should be fine as long as you take some suboxene the day before your test...th...

I have no idea what this is... I think it's a subutex. Can someone plz help me find out? ## Hi linny, You were actually right on target with your assumption! Based on the description provided, I found an orange oval-shaped pill with a half moon logo on one side and 153 on the other, to be an 8mg Buprenorphine hydrochloride (sublingual) tablet; aka generic subutex. For added verification, the manufacturer is listed as Actavis. Inactive ingredients are reported to be as follows: citric acid anhydrous + crospovidone + FD & C yellow #6 HT aluminum lake + lactose monohydrate + magnesium stearate + mannitol + pregelatinized starch (maize) + povidone + sodium citrate dihydrate I hope this helps! ## A good friend of mine has been on subutex for years now. I look up to him sorta as a fat...

what does the generic subutex look like, does it have a white side on one side and on the other like 4 or 5 numbers~! ## images ## Due to copyright reasons and the sheer plethora of them, I cannot possibly post all the images. Some do meet this description, but to be certain of what it is, we would need to check the specific numbers/imprint on the tablet. Can you post back with this information? If so, I will gladly look it up for you. ## white circle, looks are blank onr sideand other side has top54 bottom144. ## the pill is a very small white pill an is said to be generic subutex from hearing it you may think of the originals but it is noy ablong! it is a round small white pill with 8 on one side an an arrow (not a cross) on the other. I'm on subutex, just started 2 days ago on 16mg! But I also have morphine. Can I take it or will I just waste it? I took the subutex at 9:30am, it's now 4pm. How long do I have to wait till it gets excreted from my system? Please help. ## From what I could gather, there are drug interactions that apply to Morphine & Subutex (buprenorphine). Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of: "Ask your doctor before using morphine together with buprenorphine. These medications are generally not used together. Using these medications together may reduce the pain relieving effects of morphine. It could also cause you to have unpleasant withdrawal symptoms if you are receiving prolonged therapy with morphine. Talk to your doctor about how to avoid withdrawal symptoms. T...

I do not want "generic" Subutex 8mg 4x day! I had been taking the real for along time and then big white generic for 3yrs in time. I react badly to most drugs. I had to pay $1,300.00 each month when started to take about 7/8 years and am very cheap! Pain is worse then giving birth. Now we have generic. The cost was at first $500.00 but the generic has changed again and does not work. They do not work and am in a great deal of pain. I want the old large white one back or the real ones. I am so much pain! The Dr had change to film and then migraines and now hand arms knees swelling even my face and still in pain.were can I get the real drug now!? Someone help!6 months of this and the pain is so bad with a new blown disc and pinched nerves.

the pill is orange and is oblong or foot ball shaped. it has 152 on one side and a little symbol on the other. Is this a real subutex? ## Hello, Pat! How are you? Are you sure that it's 152? There are two Subutex that match this description, which are manufactured by Actavis, the 2mg has their logo and 156, the 8mg has their logo and 153. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Yes. It's Just made by a different manufacturer, Actavis.

Serious question as most of yours are. I've been clean for 3 months and decided to use again on Friday around 8 am. I had a urine test done on Tuesday night around 7 pm. I'm 39 yrs old, 5.5 and 135 lbs. I totally wasn't expecting one being done so therefore wasn't prepared at all. No drinking large amounts of water but yes I do work out. Honestly what do you think my chances are of passing? I'll know for sure next Tuesday but my nerves are really starting to get to me. I know I won't be doing this crap to myself any time soon again. ## You should pass, but come on... what the hell.. 3 months.. are you going to meetings? Do you have a support group? My heart just breaks for all of you... ## i know i need at Least a week to test clean. People vary - my p.o. at the ...

Hi all, I am on the subutex programme for a tram and codeine addiction that got way outta control. This is day 3 of the programme and things aint goin too well on the side effects front. I am itching like a flea ridden cat when trying to sleep, pharmacist says it will calm down in a few days, I wanted to hear from experienced patients only on this as to whether its true? (very akin to the tramadol itches) Also the main problem is that me and my partner are trying for a baby and I cant climax which is a major problem? pharmacist looked it up in the list of side effects and there was nothing listed. Have any of the male patients experienced this and if so does that sort itself out too? On the plus side, I am almost 4 days clean (if you dont count the meds) just need to sort these side eff...

I am praying someone can give me a little bit of advice on sebutex. I was on day 4-5 withdrawing from lortab, perc off and on for 2 years. Really want to stop so I got a 8mg sebutex from a friend and took 1/4 of it yesterday at 11 am and started projectile vomiting 2 hours later and it lasted all day. I'm wondering how much I should try this morning without it making me vomit again. I was on it 2years ago-3,4 a day and had to quit cold turkey with no taper bc my Dr hauled butt and I was in the hospital for a month. So I only want to use 2 this time so I don't have to withdraw from it. Please help me {edited for privacy} ## @smgxo, Based on my research, vomiting appears to be listed as a common side effect of Subutex. So there's really no telling whether or not a smaller dose...

My dr is changing me to methodone tablets from subutex for pain managment I dont wonr to withdrawal at all how can I transition ## Hello, Penny! How are you? Didn't your doctor provide you with details on how to do so? Generally, it will take a few days for Subutex to process out of your body, so the Methadone can work. Usually, they advise 72 hours, but it can vary from person to person. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. ## U can take methadone right after. The next day. You won't feel much at first but you can take it. ## I hate that your docter is switching you to Methadone the withdrawals from that stuff is the worse I would not recommend that to anyone I...

Is there any pharmacy in fort meyers that carries subutex? ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? I'm sorry, people all over seem to be reporting difficulties finding many medications, but I've no idea what's going on. However, there is no listing of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock. The only suggestion I can make is that you check with more in the area, but you have to go their physically, with the prescription in hand. If you call they will tell you no, because they don't know if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer or a potential thief. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of a place there that has had...

Suggestions please for the cheapest Subutex doctor y'all recommend in North Al I was in the streets bc my addiction finally got off the streets bc of this medication I refuse to go back but getting off the street WITH an addition takes all my money at the moment but I must find some where I can afford quick ## I'm sorry, but there aren't really any walk-in clinics for Subutex, or Suboxone. Due to the special training and waiver that is required, as well as patient monitoring, they normally require you to be an established patient and to schedule an appointment ahead of time. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Does anyone else have ...
