If she is also taking other pain killers, it could be very dangerous for her. To learn more about Suboxone click on the link below... Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do. ## The reason it did not make her feel better is because you have to be in slight to moderate withdrawal for Suboxone to work properly. Taking it too soon can actually throw you into worse withdrawal symptoms. ## Please, I need info! My son's girlfriend is pregnant and is on suboxin since Mar. She might already be 4 mths, but I am conserned about my...
pentagon shape, orange in color has a cross on one side and N8 on the other side ## I believe you are referring to Suboxone, and yes, that is what this is, an 8mg tablet, used to help treat drug addiction. ## How long does suboxone stay in the system?
In the last 2 days I have taken total, 2mgs maybe less of suboxone. How long will it take for the suboxone to be out of my system. I have not been on suboxone prior to those 2 days. ## Suboxone, which contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone is a very potent opiate/narcotic. You should know that it is dangerous to use without a doctor's supervision. That said, with that low of a dosage and non-frequent use, it should be out of your system in 48 to 72 hours. Do you have any other questions?
i been on one hundred mg of percs for 8 months or better? ## Suboxone contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, an opiate that is used to treat severe chronic pain and drug addiction. Treatment depends on whether or not your habit is severe enough to require it and only a doctor trained in its used can decide that. To find a clinic in your area you can check their website Suboxone.com. Read more on the medication here: Is there anything else I can help you with?

hi, i am starting with dr chan in hanover next week and i was wondering if anyone knows anything about him - is he decent..nice.. compassionate? i would really appreciate any replies. ## I am not familiar with him myself, but there are several websites that let people rate doctors. I don't remember the names of the site, but you can try searching and may be able to discover people's opinions on him and how good he is or if anyone has any complaints. Is anyone familiar with this doctor? Please post back and let us know how it goes for you!
For all of you that are taking and abusing opiates.. Simply put cut the sh*t and get on a suboxone program.. It works but you have to want to quit taking drugs.. Yes suboxone is addictive more physically than mentally but this pales compared to your current 12-25 pills per day habit. I have been on suboxone for 2 years and I tried to ween off of them but it's very difficult.. Stop making excuses... ## Thank you for posting your experience and advice. Suboxone has helped many people with addiction problems to finally become drug free. Please keep us update on how you're doing!
I have been on Suboxone maitainence for about 7 months now. It is doing a really good job at keeping me off of other opiates and any other kind of mood altering substance including alcohol. My question is this...I have been reading the threads and looking at how much people are being prescribed and they seem to be on much lower doses. I am taking two 8mg tabs BID (twice daily), which totals 36mg of Suboxone per day. Is this considered too much? Will I have a harder time coming off when I decide to give it a try? I was sober off of everything for 18 years and lived a 12step program to the best of my ability. My husband of 20 years (and also my heroin buddy) died of cancer with 18 years of sobriety last year and I absolutely lost it! I went back to the opiates harder and heavier than ever...
thats a suboxen its an opiate blocker ## This tablet does contain 8mgs of Suboxone, but it is inaccurate to describe it as an opiate blocker. Suboxone contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, which IS AN OPIATE! It is used to treat drug addcition and severe, chronic pain. It does, however, have some opiate agonist properties, to prevent people from abusing other drugs while they are taking it. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness. Read more on it here: Are there any questions?
Well I've been on and off vicodin for 2 years now, (pardon my grammer and spelling, I'm on my iPhone and it's time for bed). It's always the same 5 a day and within 3 months 40-50. I've always gone the hard way at quitting time, 7-10 days of misery, not hell. Some how within the last two years I have become a sucessful business owner who hasn't lost everything, I've been there before and that's why this drug is so f***ing scary, I'm functional. Long story short, I've lost 25 pounds, pale as a ghost and am getting married in 8 months. Due to my biz I can't afford to hit the good ol withdrawls again so tomorrow at 11 I'm going to a clinic, (f*** kaiser) to begin suboxone treatment. My questions are will I have the night sweats, crazy back pa...
Have a urine test and can't find anything online about it if anyone hase any info please let me no thanks ## Suboxone is an opiate used to treat drug addiction and severe, chronic pain. It contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine. Most medications do not last very long in your urine, it is usually clear after 3 to 4 days. If you are taking it by prescription, though, all you need to do is inform them of this, when you go to have the test done. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Hello. I'm an opiate user (not chronic but, by no means, light. I have been successfully tapering off hydrocodone. About 4/5 days ago ran out and had no means of re-upping. I was afraid of finding some and relapsing something fierce and had 2 8mg-2mg suboxone. Two days ago, over the course of the day took nearly 8mg (a tiny piece every few hours) which did help. It was my first time taking sub and I've done enough research to know I was safe. I don't want to take any of the last one I have at the moment, just got a small script from the doc for 10 lorcet 10/650 and would like to continue my taper. I've read here and elsewhere answers all over the spectrum. So, roughly, I took about 2mg or less at about 10-11a, another piece at about 2-3p, again at 6p, and finally the las...
Hi, I have been on suboxines for 2 in half weeks now. I take two 8mg/2mg a day. I need more than two a day. I have been addicted to oxy's for along time now. I've lost my house, my job, & my car. I have a wonderful husband, and two great children, which I'm about to lose them. Im afraid Im going to go back on the pills. I still think about them. Two weeks ago, I tried to talk to the doctor about it, He just told me to take a whole one in the morning, half around 2, & another half at night, This is not helping, How could I ask for more. I think three a day would be better for me. ## I take this. ## You can try speaking with your doctor and telling him that this new plan is not working for you, however, don't expect him to up your dose to 3 a day. The whole point o...

should you be taking suboxin when pregant and what would be the affects with the baby ## Suboxone contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, this is a powerful opiate narcotic, used to treat addiction and severe cases of chronic pain. That said, narcotics are well-known to be transferred to the baby during pregnancy, which is why some infants are born already addicted when their mothers were drug abusers. Have you spoken to your doctor about this?
does it increase the affects of herion ## I believe the medication you are referring to is Suboxone, which contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, this is an opiate used to treat some cases of severe pain and drug addiction. That said, no, but using them together could be very dangerous, since they are both opiates and you are not supposed to use any other narcotics while taking Suboxone. In addition, Suboxone neutralizes other opiates, so many people who try this risk overdose, because they don't get the same effects from their recreation drug of choice and they end up taking far too much to try to achieve the high. Are you currently on Suboxone therapy?

i have been addicted to hydrochodone 10mg, approx. 12-15/day for the last 5 yrs. do you think that suboxome is a good choice to use to kick this habit? ## My husband was addicted to hydrochodone for 11 years. He went on suboxone and was a new man for about 3 months until he decided he wanted to get off it and back on hydrochodone. There was no protocol to get off suboxone. He called the company that made it and they couldn't tell him anything. He got off it anyway and is now back on hydro with a vengeance, and we are separating. It works if you want to stay with it and go to a program for support!!!!! ## Suboxone has helped many people become completely drug free and beat their opiate addictions. Judi, there just isn't a protocol for going off it by YOURSELF and they sure aren...
