I am looking for a doctor in and around the Pennington Gap area or within 100 miles for pain management who will treat me with suboxone as I have tried other pain medicines which just leads to more problems. I have been in addiction treatment with this medication for two years now and has gave me my life back. It is not the best pain medication but I can function and not feel drugged up by it and can live a normal life the best it can be. I am 48 and have been told by the doctor my problems will only get worse as I get older and am disabled because of them. Because of all the drug abuse it is so hard to get help and this is why I went into the substance abuse program to begin with because I couldn't find a doctor. Please, I need some doctors listed that will treat long term with thi...

my doctor is going to switch me from subboxne to fentynl patch will i get sick ## Hello, Mike! How are you? Not if your doctor has you do the switch properly. There should be at least 3 days, between the last time you take the Suboxone and switch to the Fentanyl. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. What dosing instructions have they provided?

Is there a such thing as a 12mg suboxone? ## Hello, Tracy! How are you? Yes, there is 12/3mg dosage available in the film strips. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. It might help you get some answers if you clarify. Thanks! ## Translation: Rob is asking where he can obtain opiates. One day Rob you will be asking how to stop using, that time hasn't come yet. Oh well, have fun on the crappy ride down the opiate hill. The bottom really sucks and you seem on the way ## Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System It tracks the filling of narcotics too make sure that the patient isnt Dr. shopping or using multiple pharmacies to get multiple narcotic medications. I just started taking the suboxone...8 mg 3 times a day. I took my first strip. I've taken all three yesterday the last one at around 7 pm. I'm wondering if I take my pill of choice, since I've barely started, will it block it? I was coming off of self medicating myself with methadone for 8 years. I hear that some people get different effects from taking the subs, but it's like taking a super ibuprofen for me. Any info on this would be helpful and I'm a big girl so I only need the facts not the lectures please and thank you. ## Hello, Hazel! How are you? The Buprenorphine in Suboxone has a much stronger hold on your opiate receptors than other narcotics, so it would prevent them from having any effect. That coupled with the Naloxone means that you'd just be wasti...

Can I use Watson 385 if I am on Suboxone? I went to pharmacy and n.y. medicad rejected the prescription saying it was interactive with the Suboxone. ## Watson 385 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. The Suboxone contains Buprhenorphine and Naloxone, the Naloxone neutralizes other opiates to prevent their abuse while you are under treatment with this medication. So, really there is no point in trying to take the other medication while you are on this. Combining them can also cause severe central nervous system depression, which can also be life threatening. have you spoken to your doctor about this? ## This is true u will get very sick and could possibly die mixing these two drugs ## Whoever told you it could kill you to take both l...

Hi all, I'm desperately seeking advice. I have decided to come off opiates. I had my last little bit at around 1pm today. The problem is, I have two young babies so it's impossible for me to look after them while in bad withdrawals. The only thing I have to help is Suboxone. Can someone tell me the best way to use the Suboxone to stop/ease the withdrawals? I know I will have to suffer to a certain extent and I understand that I have to wait a while before taking my subs but, please give me the best, most painless way to do this, keeping in mind that I have a two year old and a four month old baby boy whom I still have to take care of on my own while doing this. Please help. ## Getting into a rehab program is the best, but I understand your situation. Try using Kratom. There are ...

I have a new pain management doctor I am seeing Friday 7/17/15. I have taken cannabis, suboxone, & most recently buprenorphine/naloxone daily for months now. With the new drug laws here, it's almost a guarantee that they will give me a UA. If I am on Lasix (prescribed) daily and use the Ultimate Gold drink to detox, what is the likelihood of failing the test? If you have any tips for passing this test that is great too. FYI this is a legitimate problem I am experiencing; herniated disks, nerve damage, pinched nerves, degenerative disks, and spinal stenosis aggravated by accidents I have had since 2005. Due to lack of insurance I was unable to get into a doctor regularly so I was forced to get what I could while waiting to get into a pain management clinic. PLEASE HELP!

I take small white pill 54 775 it buprenorphine 1 drug WHT isn't the other naxalone in with it and why would the Dr give just the one...I am still craving opioid's everyday, what do I do? ## Hello, Deb! How are you? Have you told your doctor that you're having this problem? It isn't the Naloxone that stops the cravings. As listed by the FDA, it actually neutralizes other opiates and is included in the Suboxone formulations to prevent the abuse of other drugs, while someone is under treatment with it. It is the Buprenorphine that helps prevent the cravings, since it is also an opiate. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Thus, you may actually...

i want to know if it is safe to mix suboxone with quicktrim diet pills...please give me an answer anybody!!! ## I am afraid I cannot help you. Quick Trim claims to be a natural herbal supplement to aid in weight loss, but they do not list the ingredients on their website. Since Suboxone is a narcotic that can react with many other substances, I suggest asking your doctor, before you risk combining the two of them. Do you know what the ingredients in Quick Trim are? It would be very helpful if you could post back with them. ## Suboxone is NOT a narcotic ## Can u take suboxone with garcinia cambogia diet pills

If you use Suboxone to get off Methadone or any other opiate, you will be trading one addition for another. Suboxone is extremely difficult to withdraw from, google it prior to using it for anything. It causes weight gain, in 5 years I have gained 50 lbs and I am very active, working out does not help to lose the weight, this drug is dangerous, my heart blew a valve, Sick Sinus Syndrome, not good, look it up, my cardiologist said Suboxone caused it. Once again, depending on how long you are on Suboxone, the withdrawal symptoms are horrific and it could take years for you to wean off of it. Additionally if you do not have insurance the cost from a pharmacy for strips are $8 per strip, pills are generic and just under $4. The only way to get off of it is to taper down and it is not easy t...

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
