I have been on Suboxone for 4 months. The first month I tested positive for benzos because I went to the hospital with really bad Vertigo. The Dr. on duty gave me Valium in an iv, for the dizziness, even through I told him I was on Suboxone. He assured me it was fine so I trusted him. I tested positive at my doc the next 2 urine tests. I told him what had happened and he told me it was bad blah blah. I get it. My next test was clean. Today I went in and tested positive for benzos again! I was baffled. I swear on the Bible I had taken no benzos of any kind. The reason I'm on Suboxone isn't because of benzos in the first place. I only take the Suboxone and vitamins my Dr. prescribes. Hi. I have been addicted to H/oxycontin for two years. I got clean for 4 months once and never got back to using everyday. I use at the most 3 days a week but most of the time I use just friday night and saturday. When im off opiates i always take 2mg of suboxone daily. Like i said this has been going on for about two years. This is the biggest problem i have when trying to get clean, I know its going to be a struggle but i preparing myself mentally to just grin and bare it but i end up going through this cycle everytime i try to go cold turkey off subs or opiates. Is any special DEA license needed for prescribing suboxone? An X as a prefix to your DEA license number? ## Yes. Usually pain management specialist or psychiatrists will have this type of license. They are physically audited by the DEA regularly. I was started on Suboxone to get off of oxycontin. It absolutely saved my life. It does concern me that you asked about the doctors license designation. As a patient, that is none of your business. It makes you sound like you are trying to create a counterfeit script. I hope not. ## A dr prescribing suboxone to treat drug addiction must have gone through additional training. But, if a dr is prescribing suboxone for pain management, the additional training is not required.

I had back surgery a few months ago for two ruptured disc pushing on a nerve. Now I'm physically addicted to the opiates as well as mentally that I was prescribed and find myself wanting them for a buzz.. My problem is I am on Ohio Parole in Cincinnati.and in order for me to need to be prescribed Suboxone I obviously was abusing opiates prescribed or not. Which is a violation of my parole. I have a suboxone prescription that i've tried getting filled from the jacksboro tenn clinic since the 23rd of february. I have passport ins. and i saw a kentucky doctor at that clinic. I have been taking up to 6 x 10 mg of Norco per day and have tapered down to 3 per day. I am starting the Suboxone film and I'm not sure how long to wait? It has been 18 hours so far since my last Norco and I feel like crap with achy chills and exhaustion. I have been going through moderate withdrawals for the past week since I've been tapering down and I'm sick of feeling like crap. I'm really wanting to start the Suboxone but don't want to go into severe withdrawals. Is 18 hours enough or should I wait longer? Also, I am prescribed Adderall for ADHD. This tablet is manufactured by Actavis and they list it as being an 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablet, so it's a generic for Subutex, which doesn't contain the Naloxone that Suboxone does. I went to a lab to take a buprenorphine drug screen. Is that the only drug that they are testing for? I called a few days later and they said they had one test result but waiting for the second result. Why is that??? Why 2 results??? ## How many days does adderall stay in your urine??

Please give me the price difference of suboxone tablets, compared to that of the films, medicaid insists that people who are getting them thru the medicaid prog say that is the only type of suboxone they'll pay for...now that there is generic suboxone in the tablet form it would seem that it would be much cheaper then the film, since the films are not generic..

Pot helps me sleep....suboxone helps me not do pills.....I heard suboxone has a blocker, trying to get a good job and have to take a drug test. Will the pot show up on the test? ## I took a 5mg hydrocodone and later i took a small piece of suboxtone. Will the hydrocodone show up on a drug test??

Why did I test postitive for matijuana? I haven't smoked or been around in in over a month, 45 days. ## I take suboxone as well and I need to get marijuana out by 6 days from now. I only had it once last night. I am skinny, have a fast metabolism, and am not a regular smoker.... I've been taking Suboxone for a couple years and now I must get off them in 2-3 weeks. I only take 1/8 or 1/4 of the strip a day. Does anyone know if this is possible? I want to get into a pain management program for an injury to my back, and they won't take me unless I am not taking Suboxone. Okay so a friend was addicted to 30mg Oxycodone for about a year. Her daily dose never exceeded 5 pills. She recently stopped taking the pills and started herself on Suboxone. It's has been exactly 81 hours (almost four days) since she has taken any of a pill. The first day she spread out an 8mg Suboxone strip. The second day she spread out a half. Yesterday she spread out 3/4 and today she hasn't taken anything. So total she has taken 2 1/4 of 8mg Suboxone strips. She knows that the best idea would be to consult a doctor, but she is trying to avoid having any of this recorded and would like to do it on her own. I was on suboxone 2 mg 2x a day for 4 years. I stopped cold turkey due to a request from and death of my father. 16 days until I could sleep more than 2 hours.. Days 1-5 weren't as bad as 6-14. After that it was restless legs.. Fatigue, depression, anxiety, depression again... Not until I began. Sleeping 6+ hours did most of it go away.. Still have depression and restless legs not almost 2 months later and everyday around my normal second dose time I notice I get very tired. F*** suboxone. Do not use it for more than a detox. Save yourself. If I could go back and withdraw off dope or methadone, I'd have stuck with them and not been a p**** and use sub's as a crutch. The "substance abuse" doctors give 0 s***s about you.
