Suboxone Withdrawal Day 40 Still In Paws (Top voted first)
UpdatedDay 40 off suboxone. Rls, or rather restless body syndrome, hot flashes & I feel like I'm 500 pounds. Sux! Just wondering how much longer this s*** is gonna stick around? I know everyone is different. It just helps reading people's stories/experience. Also once you felt better , was it like waking up one day & just not feeling the wd's anymore?

Well this is day 44 and I feel much better! Yesterday everything was like 50 percent better, today I'm like 80 percent better. I find that reading my Bible helps lift my spirits and my mood. God feels me with a peace that's out of this world!
Somebody talk to me PLEASE! Lol. Feeling lonely. I am a 33 y/o female, been on subs almost 4 years. This withdraw has been the most terrible experience of my life! I need support. My family/friends just don't understand. I don't have any one to talk to. Not like anyone will care about this but, I'm living with a man who I'm leaving after 16 years. I have been waiting for the past 4 years for him to get sober, but he's only gotten worse. It's to the point he's getting out of his mind while he's high. Punching Hole's in walls, hollering constantly and just bothering the hell out of me. And going through this wd, while he's flipping out has been depressing the s*** out of me. Me n my mom are going to find a house to rent in October, so I won't have to be around it for much longer. I had this in my childhood, my dad would drink n get to hollering through the night.
Day 40 and still experiencing restless legs and hot flashes. Is this a sign of zero exercise and healthy eating? At day 40, the only w/d you should have is very low energy and some depression...possibly still sneezing.... If u feel like complete s*** still it’s because you’ve sat on your ass the whole time.... Start running. Force yourself.
I'm glad that you're feeling better. Have all of the withdrawal symptoms gone, or are you still experiencing some of them.
I've never taken Suboxone, but years ago, when I was on pain management and stopped cold turkey, it was more of a gradual thing, stuff just seemed to slowly improve a little each day. It took about a month for me. The NIH says it can vary from person to person, depending on the medication involved, the dosage they were taking, the person's own body chemistry, and etc.
As to leaving him, yes, since he's getting violent, I strongly encourage you to do so, but please make sure to do so safely, you may need assistance and protection, if he gets violent with you, so please don't be afraid to seek help, if needed.
Have you guys found a place, yet?
