Suboxone Urine Test Came Back False Positive For Tramadol

I am on the suboxone program and the last two urine tests have come back positive for tramadol. I have honestly had no type of painkillers in over five months, and it has only been the Last two visits and the only thing that has changes is I started taking estroven and Garcina cambogia with citrimax. I need help as I could lose my place in the suboxone program.

In the past I was an addicted to drugs and alcohol for 32 years. I have been clean for 4 years now. I have RA and deteriorating discs in my spine. My doctor has been giving me Vicodine or Tramadol and rotating them each month for my pain. Because of my past addiction I have noticed I have a high tolerance to medications so usually have to take double of what is prescribed. Last week I had my usual every 3 month blood test taken and the tramadol did not show up in my blood work. My doctor had the blood test taken again and again the tramadol does not show up in the blood work . Is this possible and why?
