Suboxone Tapering And Withdrawal

My question is I have taken suboxone for awhile now and for the past few months I've been tapering off of them I'm to the point of where about a 4mg strip will last for probably around 10 days. My question is, is that even enough to be helping me or is it all just in my head? I'm just wondering because I'm quitting one way or the other and just want to know if the withdrawals will be as bad as others because of my low doses or if anyone else has tried it this way? All help is appreciated. Thanks...

If that's all you're taking in a 10 day period, then you most likely won't have any withdrawal effects from stopping. It seems you've already tapered yourself far enough to be done.

However, you should know to watch for any withdrawal symptoms, such as chills, fever, diarrhea, nausea, rebound pain and dizziness.

Are you getting medical assistance with stopping it?
