Are you referring to the tablet that has the logo on the opposite side that's manufactured by Actavis?

If so, yes the are still available.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, it's typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. It also carries the risk of being habit forming.
