Suboxone Needed

I am currently in my 4th month in a methadone clinic in Menlo Park Ca. I have less than 55 days to go. I am down to 20mgs of methadone a day. I do not have medical insurance, but would like to know if I am able to get a prescription for Suboxone. I was treated 7 years ago by Dr. Glatt. San Mateo Ca. I took suboxone back then, and was clean for almost 8 years. Please tell me there is a Dr. in the San Francisco area willing to prescribe suboxone for me. I am on my final stretch and badly want to be free from this drug once and for all.

You can check for doctor's in your area that treat with Suboxone at the website Suboxone.com

Once you find a doctor to treat you with it, there is an assistance program for it from the manufacturer, Reckitt Benckiser, you can contact them for more details at 888-898-4818.

However, this will not cover the doctors fees and you would have to check with those that offer treatment in your area, to see if they have any assistance programs for that.

Hey Brother, I just converted to suboxone. I got down down to 18 mg of methadone, and waiting until i felt the first day that my withdraws weren't bad. The second day was a bit worse, but i drank enough wine to pass out. On the third day I went to the doc, and he started me on the suboxone, 6 mg over 2 hrs. It was so worth the agony. I was in a dark place in the past 2 mos of methadone treatment. Methadone made me tired, and lazy, ruined my marriage, and i was a zombie mentally. I never had energy, I never wanted to go anywhere. 6 days after being on suboxone, I was alive, I was cleaning, I was awake again with so much energy. I smiled all the time. I'm not sure whether it was just my response to the suboxone, but I gotta tell ya. I would take suboxone any day over methadone. Its so worth the 3 days you need to stay away from methadone.
