No, it does not show up, they have to be looking for that particular medication. I have cps called on me all because a doctor had lack of knowledge about suboxone, it does not show up as an opiate he was confused stated i must be selling my medication all because no opiates were in my systom! so no it does not show up, in fact i called my sub doctor he was so furiated with doctors having such lack of knowledge, most doctors hear suboxone and think its methadone, they have to do a special test in order to see it in your systom i have been on this medication for 5 years and im honest about it, if i have to go to the e.r what not, and they test it never shows up never ever has, its a weird medication, it helps with pain and withdrawl , its very powerful i fact but does not show up as a narcotic
