Actually, many people with chronic pain do use heroin. To someone who has chronic pain and as someone who has been through the medical system over and over to no avail, this substance is a godsend. You are correct, the medical system fails to provide adequate pain relief to average and deserving individuals. Suboxone cures withdrawal related pain, but it doesn't help very much pre-existing pain conditions. Not every user is an abuser. Many addicts are just people who the medical system has failed. I don't see how you came to the conclusion that the original poster wants anyone to feel sorry for him or has "mental pain."

Yep I agree can safely say it works alright after only having suboxone 4 mg once, I did it after 11 hours & had no problems, however I did it when I had started to feel the effects of the sub wearing off & cannot say whether it would be the same result if I had used sub more than one day or had a higher dose.

This was the most insightful and compassionate comment posted to the question. By simply saying go to rehab and find God which is not a simple concept is assuming that the drug addict hasn't done or tried those things. If your lacking knowledge about addiction one shouldn't impose such silly opinions.

Yeh but what you don't understand is he will take his drug where we answer him or not so we answer him correctly so he doesn't do things incorrectly for example if we didn't answer his question as not to encourage him then he will go an take his drugs to early and they won't work, so what will he do now he has none an wants it ...he will go and rob someone or something to get the money so he can replace what he waisted because people didn't answer him, the consequences are far greater if we don't inform people, you know nothing of addiction trust me you can try and understand an be helpful but your no being helpful your being a hindrance on the forum go preach somewhere else

I am a mother of a 23 yr old herion user. When he finally admitted he was he went to detox for 3 days and came out with Suboxone. I found out recentley that he is also back on the Herion while taking the Suboxones. Does any one else care what this drug does to a parent and not only the user ? I am going through hell right now and at times would much rather detach myself from my son than rather watch him slowing killing himself. Suboxones must get you high because people are buying them for $12.00 a piece. WTF. Doctors dont care ,its all about money.It is true, he must want to quit on his own but the Subs arent helping him a bit.I dont want to bury my son. Maybe all you uses should think of someone else before you start using.If you have the urge call someone for support. Change your friends and surronding. GOD does come into play if you believe. F*** suboxones and all the drug companys.

Ok opinions are like a**holes everybody has 1 and it's better 2 ask a question here then 2 go ahead and do it so 2 all the negative preeching comments why don't u just keep them 2 yourself cuz NO matter what u say there Lisa a addict is still going 2 use I was a herion addict and I'm now on suboxone which saved my life but 2 answer your question u are NOT suppose 2 use herion on top of suboxone u WILL go into straight withdrawals not 2 mention u will NOT feel it so I hope this helped cuz I know from my experience that no matter what ANYBODY said 2 me I STILL did what I was gonna do

I'm sorry but as a post op surgery patient off sub for three weeks let me tell you a FACT. YOUR TOLERANCE DOES NOT DECREASE, it increases. They had to put me on 4 mg dilaudid IV round the clock to control my pain and the pain specialist CONFIRMED that sub increases your tolerance to opiates since suboxone is one of the most potent narcotics out there. It doesn't cross the blood brain barrier so you don't get high, except for the first few times you take it. That being said the longer you wait after taking a sub the more you will feel. If you have only taken one 8 mg and have not taken them before 24-36 hours is your best bet. If you have been on maintenance for more than a day you need to wait at least 96 and be feeling some wd from sub to get anything out of it. And listen we all know heroin is bad. But let me tell you so is suboxone. Why? Because if you end up in an acute pain situation most docs know very little to nothing about suboxone, and bc they then slap the drug seeker label on you trying to get pain control in a serious situation is a nightmare and an uphill fight just to not be in pain. In fact most docs have very little pain management education leading to very little empathy even in those who are in chronic pain.

I just shot h about 5 hours after my last suboxone dose. I def dont feel it as I normally would but I do feel it. I would say if you are going to shoot h shortly after doing suboxone, you prob are better off waiting as long as you can. You prob need mpre of a qty which is dangerous... And even then you wont get the same effect from it. While I do feel it slightly, its not the buzz I was hoping for by a longshot. So, be careful mixing these two... And in my opinion you are probably wasting your dope if you dont wait until you are withdrawing again to shoot it.

This is an information site not a place to criticize people. They know its bad for them. They're trying to be safe and not combine medications. Some stranger on a website isn't going to influence a junkie/user. Some like Justin said use the website for what it's intended for. I think there are sites out there for people who want to post thier opinions on drug addiction

Hello! I've been on suboxone about a year and a half. I can't afford it anymore. How long should I wait to take heroin? Ive been on 3 mg for like 6 months. And this morning I took mayb .5 mg. So since I haven't been on much of a dose can I get some boy?

Take lots of Valium and H taking h on top of subutex won't make you withdrew it problem won't make you high but it will decrease the withdrawal just don't take any subutex until you feel really sick again wait for valium it to take effect then take more H once withdrawals subside that's as good as anyone can do you will have to ride the withdrawal out if that doesn't work make sure to take s*** loads of Valium...if you withdraw bad at least you won't remember it

i think after reading all the comments , that is waiting is the key , but it it depends about how long you should wait.. any way i took my 1st sub dosage today on 07:30 am & it`s now after 3 pm so i will try to hit H & then i`ll judge the answers & if i`m alive i`ll tell u then!!!!

I was on 16mg subs a day for about 2 weeks, I stopped taking them 4 days ago but took one 8mg yesterday at noon, shot some fire dope same amount as I used to 3 bags and I got wrecked like I used to. I could tell it was SLIGHTLY diminished, but I wasn't having any suboxone withdrawals before I shot up and it was like 26 hours after my 8mg sub and I still got high, everybody is different but I find that if you take the subs less often and take breaks it leaves the receptors a little quicker...I could only imagine the rush I would have got if I didn't take that 8mg yesterday, but regardless I was in heaven.

Do both at once! That way you'll get off really well even if you don't surrvive.
While you're at it, use 2 bullets when you play russian roullete that works better too!

Seriouslly though; Your question is obviouslly in the form of, "how close together can i ingest these two substances for the maxmum high"?

As one of the substances is a street drug with a completely unknown phamacological makeup, the answer to your question must nessacarily take one of these general formats;

A.) Your question can't be answered because no one but God knows what is in your "heroin".
B.) No one wants to be an "acessory" to your drug use or the method of its admistration, because no one wants to be held responsible for what happens to you.

So good luck getting the kind of an answer that you are after.

I know that there is supposedly "no such thing as a stupid question", but I think you have found an exception. Really!
