Suboxone Doctors In Indiana Who Accept Medicaid (Page 5)

Need a doctor who prescribes suboxone in Indiana - i am on medicaid.
If insurance is being used, by federal law, therapy is a must no matter what doctor one is seeing. Some include it in their program while others will ask for verification that one is actually attending therapy sessions. I have never cash paid so I'm not sure if the same applies but if insurance is paying for one's prescription I would imagine that therapy would go hand and hand with it as well.
Looking for a doctor that gives suboxone and is in the south bend area. I am on hip 2.0 anthem. I can travel about an hr away. Thanks for the help.
Does he prescribe suboxone on the 1st visit? With a dirty U/A but in withdrawal? Does he require monthly counseling?
I have info about a doctor not far from Lafayette.
His name is doctor deal..he is actually a psych dr. He takes HIP/medicaid...
Who is the doctor your talking about in Indpls./Greenwood???
@tara I currently see a Dr in Lafayette and pay $250 a month bc they don't take hip, definitely need to find d 1 that accepts hip or cheaper which Dr do you go too that's $120?
Dr friendal an adel in Aurora Indiana accepts Medicaid
I live on the Indiana/Kentucky line near Louisville. I came out of an IOP program in Indiana, moved to Florida for 2 months and came back to Indiana for family reasons. This is my second time on Suboxone, after a cocktail mix relapse the 1st time due to depression and chronic pain issues that I suffer with.. What I discovered between the 1st and this time is just how much it helps and how manageable the pain is while taking Suboxone. After doing some research I found that initially it was actually prescribed for pain. I have been prescribed 12/3mg strips a day both times and was able to see a doctor in Florida to continue the medication once I got down there. I came back to Indiana with filled script in hand but am currently waiting on my Medicaid (I am also disabled due to back, hip, leg pain/and some other issues) to kick back in. I have managed to get by on a self imposed smaller dose a day for the sake of having some pain manageability in my life as well as enough that keeps me away from the opioids of choice. I am currently freaking out because I am yet to get a doctor here while waiting on my medical approval. I did and possibly will have to again drive up/around Indy area in order to get a doctor that takes Medicaid. However, I know that, although that list is growing, they are still few and far between. As well, I am willing to pay a reasonable amount (200-300) for Dr visit as long a prior authorization can be done for the prescription. My questions are, is there any recommendations for them in Clark, Harrison, Floyd County Indiana or Louisville area? The other question would be does anyone know of any pain management doc's of facilities that do prescribe it for pain? I'm scared to do any more IOP programs as I fear they will taper my dose before 1) I'm ready and 2) before I am able to have the needed corrective surgery. If any of you have information, ideas or suggestions I would be very grateful.
May I ask what doc you see I am in Hammond indiana and looking for one out here. I KNOW MOST doctors do not accept the medicaid but it covers the prescription.
Who is this doctor you're talking about? I don't know how this thing works so I can't see a post with who the doctor is. If you could share the info with me that would be great. {edited for privacy}. PLEASE HELP!!!
