I have the same problem here in Alabama. It costs me $160 a month to go see my doctor and get my strips. Thank God Medicaid pay to get it filled, but I am on SSI and that's a lot of money for me.

Re: mojo (# 737) Expand Referenced Message

Have u tried new generic? They don't break easily, nor do they last as long. I feel they don't distribute the same as Suboxone. I got the ones that come in the plastic box.

Hey everyone i just read a article that starting dec. 1, 2017 medicaid is paying for ALL buprenorphine tablets no PAs needed. But if you are on the strips you still need a PA, i guess they are trying to do away with the strips since they are being smuggled into jails and prisons.

Re: Melissa (# 729) Expand Referenced Message

My last appt. I asked how my levels were and Dr. B said they are sending them to a lab...and they used to always have my levels so I think maybe more were complaining and something was wrong with their machine...idk.
